I've been in the restoration industry for 41+ years. I strive to provide restoration contractors with administrative tools and support to manage and grow their business. My goal is to contribute the knowledge and experience I have of the industry to the restoration community.

My main responsibility at NCN is to teach and navigate our members through proper processes for handling water damage losses. Sharing extensive experience gained from years of real world interaction with large losses in the residential home market is what I like most about my job.

What I like most about my job is sharing years of experience. When I was working in the field, I loved helping homeowners who were in distress and turning a bad situation into a positive experience.
